Cant connect to Sharkrf.link

Trying to set up an Openspot2
I get to the point where I go to Sharkrf.link and enter the device ID number, it gives me an error:
Device information not found in the database. Make sure your SharkRF device is connected to the internet.
But the open spot is connected and I can hear traffic

Any suggestions?

You need to manually upgrade the firmware on your OS2 first. You can find the instructions for the manual upgrade in the user manual on the Troubleshooting page.
