REMOTE ACCESS TO IP ENABLED REPEATERS

Post by samwelkariuki » Sat Aug 31, 2019 12:29 pm

Hello members,
I have a challenge trying to remotely access installed repeaters(one DR3000 and four SLR55000) in an IPSC network.Updating firmware and reprogramming code plugs require me to go physically to individual sites. What is needed to enable the remote feature(s) and how does one go about in such a IP network.
thank you.

Connecting directly to IPSC repeaters are not supported, as they use a proprietary protocol. What you have to do is to connect the repeater and the OS2 to a server and link them to a talkgroup.
