I just received a M1KE, bought during the Black Friday sale. I'm new to digital radio. I just registered with Brandmeister, but the M1KE won't connect. Regardless of server connected, I get the following (password erased). It doesn't appear to be a password authentication problem. I don't understand the "invalid backup server" error. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure if this discussion belongs here or on a Brandmeister forum. I don't see any similar errors with google searches.
