Hello, Am i right in thinking the Os4 is shipping already. I have heard people getting messages to say they are getting deliveries from FedEx.

For past three days, order status on tracking page is oscillating between these two.
1. OPERATIONAL DELAY KOELN, NW
2. At local facility KOELN, NW
The status is changing every few hours. I never did FeDex international. Used it plants of times within US with out a problem.
I am wondering if this is web page issue or really something happened there in Germany.
Anyone can report?
I mean. I will wait and know it will arrive eventually

Mine got to Koln (Koeln/Cologne) on the 15th. It's now the 19th. I called FedEx. They don't have an explanation. They just said it's the logistical process.
I recommend Shark RF stop using FedEx. Use DHL even if the cost of shipping is double.

I had a package via Fedex from China, it too sat in Germany for several days with a similar message about operational delays. I think this is often due to people staying off work due to Covid or just volumes of cargo where passenger traffic is still lower than normal and so underfloor cargo is restricted.

Does anyone remember the shipping dates for the pro?
I know initial pre-order was estimated for June 16th. When I ordered recently I thought it said next shipment was June 19th, but when I looked after I ordered it says July 19th. Was there a June 19th shipment too?
edit: Well, now I see this, so maybe I wasn't imagining I saw June 19th.

Did you get that email during the middle of the night to order a few days ago? If that is what you are referring to, then it said June 20th (est). I just happened to be in a hospital waiting room when that email came in as I normally would be asleep at that time. I ordered and later that day they were sold out again and the message changed to July 20th (est). That is probably what you saw...... 73

That's it exactly. Thanks for filling in the missing piece. I remember now that is exactly what I saw and why I quickly ordered. I saw the following and clicked the link and it said June 20th. So, maybe I will get it some time next week. Thanks!

We expect the second batch to be available by the 2nd half of July. You'll be available to make orders for the 2nd batch as soon as the 1st batch runs out.

Yes all fine here thanks for asking. Fiancé was having minor surgery- they just changed her time at the last minute to very early in the am. Glad they did now as I would have missed that email otherwise!
