Dissatisfied can't even describe my experience with FedEx. Every single time I have a delivery from them I have problems. My Openspot traveled from Tallinn to Vantaa to France to Germany, then back to France and now is stuck in operational delay.
My problems with FedEx are to the point that I don't buy anything if they ship using FedEx
Sadly I don't have options buying the Openspot since you can't get them anywhere else.
I prefer to pay extra and have DHL take care of my packets. Bad movement switching from DHL to FedEx.

Mine Arrived today, What a difference in speed . Downloads are very fast.
Very clear Audio and the Battery lasts 30hrs...Well impressed.

Mine shipped out about 4am this Morning and is now in France at last check. So far so good.

My openSPOT4 Pro arrived this afternoon. So far it seems great. There’s a learning curve for me! I’ve already heard several people on reflectors who received their radios today. Good luck to everyone! Once they released it from Germany, shipment was very quick.

Been tracking mine since it left on June 15th. Per FedEx' tracking, the path was "funny": Tallinn --> Paris --> Stockholm --> Koeln --> Memphis TN USA. I'll leave the FedEx games to FedEx LOL. At least it's now @ FedEx in the USA with an ETA here near San Diego, CA for Tuesday June 21st
Update (June 20th) - It arrived today
... no issues, no extra fees or taxes.
Now the learning curve starts

I had the same odd FedEx path: Tallinn --> Paris --> Stockholm --> Koeln --> Memphis TN USA --> San Diego --> Delivered today. It was stuck for 2 days in Koeln but it did arrive today, one day earlier than estimated

Note that my experience with FedEX has been different. I have not had any issues with them. Granted, there are at times delays, but they always delivered.

Well, I got the Operational Delay in ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR. I have gotten FedEx from Great Britten in 3 days before, but it went straight to Memphis from Birmingham.
Hopefully it doesn't sit there too long.

I wonder if this something customs is doing. Hopefully, yours won't stay there much longer...

Its been a week now since it has shipped and still not made it to the states yet darn fedex I sure wish they still used DHL. Hopefully it will update soon and be in the USA

openspot would be delivered on June 22. no one. Then June 23. No one. now June 24. again nobody. called the service center. don't know where it goes wrong. now hopefully June 27th. what a very bad company.

Hi..Ordered Open Spot 4 Pro and was to be delivered June 27th by FedEx to me in Canada.
Well tracking showed it arrived in Newark NJ ..then shipped to Memphis TN ..no FedEx updates since June 24 th…where it has been delayed ever since..contacted FedEx and got an
Investigation started last week…Today FedEx called and basically said it’s Lost..wanted to know how it was packaged..told them I am the receiver…So sent email on June 30th and today to Shark but no response yet…Very frustrated ..FedEx wanted the shipper to contact them regarding insurance claim..Just wanted this for a birthday present..just want another one shipped before they run out of production …
