FEDEx tracking said I would get my OS4 on 6-21-22. It's 7-7-22 and I still have not gotten anything. Exactly what do I do now? I paid SharkRF for something that it looks like I'll never get.

Seems like it's a FedEx problem. Maybe you should file a claim with them. I received mine near San Diego via FedEx without any issue.

I would definitely say its a fed ex problem. my open spot 4 pro shipped June 17th and was scheduled for delivery on June 22nd. I got email today finally showing it made it to the states and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. 3 weeks after it was shipped. for some reason it spent two weeks stuck in the Netherlands. but its finally here.

I contacted FedEx about mine sitting in TN since July 14th. I was told that it was marked as undeliverable. When he investigated as to why it was marked as undeliverable it showed that the box contains no content. Nothing in the box, empty. He said contact the shipper and request that they send a replacment.
